OWNERSHIP
You can use the adopt as an OC (original character), give it a name, history, clothing and treat it as yours.
You can claim the adopt as your own
You can't claim the design as yours. Credits to me will be appreciated [DA: S0FT-G0AT]
You can fully claim as yours when there's a minimum of 3 changes on their design (colors on eyes, fur patterns, clothes, etc.)
You can make art, take commissions, make personal items of it
Not all of the adopts will have commercial rights
RESELLING
You must own the character for 30 days min to resell it.
The character needs to have (at least) 2 artworks excluding the original art made by me
You can gift the adopt and trade them
You can't sell them as your own design
Please let me know who will be the new owner
PAYMENT & RIGHTS
I can post the image (original art) of the adoptable in any socials and portfolio
I don't take refunds
I use paypal only for invoices
I can decline a deal if you fail to send the payment under 48 hours and I reserve the right to open the adopt again.
I don't do holds
DISCLAIMER
Do not redraw/copy/heavily reference/steal/trace/print my art or claim as your own.
If i know (even from a thirth party) that you fail to respect these rules, you will be automatically banned from purchasing other adopts, YCHs and commissions.
ADOPT FAQ
¿Why an adopt is on hold?
I label them like it because I'm waiting for the full payment of the character in the 48 hours I can wait for it to be completed. Not because I'm waiting an specific day for the new owner to claim it.¿Why I can't resell the character moments after the purchasing?
Beyond considering it offensive for the artist, reselling the character for a higher price without more art is disgusting. I won't care if you sell them with more art or if you had the character for a long time.¿Is there any discount for multiple adoptables at once?
If the adopts are from a batch, yes, I can make discounts for them and I'll mention the prices in their description.¿Can I buy an adopt separately from their pair/group adoptable batch?
Depends on the batch, if they're separated adopts (concept adoptables: xmas, valentines, halloween, etc.) you can purchase them as a unit, but if there's a Double adopt (x&x concept, duo concept), no, I wouldn't like to separate them as they're a full concept.

You can request any kind of species for the character, I'll design a mix of both ponies (If both parents are equine) or use the dominant＊ specie to reference the most characteristic traits.

You CAN'T use my art in promotional videos, commercials, personal projects, video edits, videogames, series or AI.＊

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
For Commissions
If you want to make physical merch with my artwork (stickers, album covers, posters, books, etc.), or virtual content (Twitch stickers, emoticons) . the original price will have an addition of 500% from the base price.
You must credit me in any platform you submit your project.
You MUST make my signature visible or give proper credit to my work.
For Adoptables
You can use the design for whatever you like (phisical merch, digital merch, social media posting, comics, animation videos/gifs.)
You can't use the original artwork I created for the adopt. You can't use it for any of the stated events above nor erase my signature watermark.
You must create or commission new artwork to make merch from.
TURNAROUNDS
I can spend max. 2 weeks to finish your commission (Depending of the kind of commission)
The time may vary depending on: Complexity of the character, your slot turn, schedule or any external delays.
I reserve the right to refund at any given time.
PAYMENT
You must give me your Paypal email so I can create an invoice for the commission or adoptable
I don't accept partial payments, unless is a price above $100
I won’t start until you send the full payment.
INTO THE WORK
You must provide me DIGITAL reference sheets/images and clear details for the pose and/or background.
I will not accept any sketches, unfinished art, fully writen descriptions, or blury screenshots as references.
Please correct me if I make any mistakes on your characters design.
I will not make any changes after the finished commission is sent to your email.
